Answer: For the most part, the bible covers all time periods. Keep in mind there are books of love, history, law, prophesy, etc. Each one of these books affected the people in the time they were written, and it affects us today. Remember, all books of the Bible is God’s word and His word is true; Isa.55:11, “…..my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please…..”
