The word trinity<\/em> does not appear in the Bible, but that does not nullify its validity.\u00a0 There are several other words or phrases that do not appear in the Bible.\u00a0 Second coming, rapture, demonic, and satanic are just a few words that are readily accepted in biblical conversations, but are not in the bible.\u00a0 When I make reference to the Bible, I am referring to the King James Version Bible.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Trinity is used when talking about the three fold nature of God.\u00a0 It is true, there is only one God; but there are three distinct entities.\u00a0 There is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.\u00a0 They are three different offices but they are all one; the same.\u00a0 Here is an example to show a little clarity:\u00a0 My name is Charles.\u00a0 I am Charles the Father of my children; Charles the Son of my father; and Charles the husband to my wife.\u00a0 I am one (the same) person, just fulfilling three different capacities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Most people do not have a problem with God the Father (heavenly father) and God the Son (Jesus Christ).\u00a0 The problem surfaces when one mentions God the Holy Ghost (Spirit).\u00a0 Sometimes the Holy Ghost is referred to as The Comforter<\/em>; John 14:26, <\/span>\u201cbut the Comforter, which is<\/em> the Holy Ghost\u2026..\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 The Holy Ghost is the disembodiment of Jesus after his death; much like a ghost is the disembodiment of a natural person after his death.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Before Jesus was crucified, he told the disciples that he would send them a comforter after his death; John 16:7, \u201c\u2026..i<\/span>t is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.\u201d\u00a0 The Comforter is God the Holy Ghost who comforts mankind after the death of Jesus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 God the Father is a spirit; John 4:24, \u201c<\/span>God is<\/em> a Spirit\u2026..\u201d\u00a0 He is invisible and he is creator of all things; Gen. 1:1, <\/span>\u201cin the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.\u201d\u00a0 Man was separated from Him because of Adam\u2019s sin. \u00a0Jesus Christ is God the Son.\u00a0 He was visible and his role was to be a mediator between man and God; 1 Tim. 2:5, <\/span>\u201c\u2026..there is<\/em> one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.\u201d\u00a0 The Comforter is God the Holy Ghost.\u00a0 The Holy Ghost is a spirit; therefore invisible.\u00a0 This is the ghost or spirit of Jesus and his role is to remind mankind of the teachings of Jesus; John 14:26, \u201c<\/span>\u2026..he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Trinity is not three gods; it is one God; witnessed in three different roles.\u00a0 Even Jesus himself mentioned these three distinctly separate roles; Mt. 28:19, \u201c<\/span>\u2026..in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
